Because i was sending files to my brother cause he can't afford 2 gb internet while doing so he downloaded some free fire saying unlimited coins and stuff which didn't work from the start and the normal free fire was working with which i login my account was playing suddenly i was playing and after match i found out without warning or knowing why my account got banned firstly i tried to reach like why my id got banned cause i didn't know that the mod file was there after finding out i clarify the situation to team free fire after that i showed them proof why should they believe cause I'm was a eSports player and still am a eSports player while so many people watching me everyday beside hacks aren't allowed in tournament i showed them proof see this was the case i haven't use hacked i show them my whatsapp chats even gave my gmail face book id pass to proof that I'm not wrong other than that i was ready for one on one talk directly cause i was not wrong so why shouldn't i.i believe that free fire team would seek the truth in this faith i have been constantly trying to explain why proving myself right from more than 2years and still working with free fire team to find glitch promoting it even made new id that i don't need hacks it's good as it is other than that if i would have thought of *** from the start why would i have topup in my account even after knowing that it would be banned I'm writing you this cause i believe the form reply was by ai i believe humans are more capable of understand atleast at reading and seeing proof . I'm writing this in hope that you'll understand and unban my id i don't want any diamonds from the advance server bug report that you gave me in my YouTube channel all i want is my id and memory with it cause i have been playing and supporting it from season 1 back than my name was strom break i still believe in you please unban my id and lastly if you are human thanks for reading it till here.please reply to it because of ai.

i already addressed request in ticket number 4354**** about my problems But my account Problem was still not solved i still face that problem The team contains player under the investigation.Unable to join this team Mistakenly I choose a account concern While my concern was below game concern I submitted request many time but my account still face that problem I cant play with my friends. when i go to play Csr( class squad rank) mode most of the players were hacker I never use any third party application and *** in my account I stopped to play game after my account got blacklist. sometime i open game to check my account problems was solved or not its been 21 days and my account is still in blacklist.I want my account back there are many memories in that account that account is not just an account.

My account got reset to bronze
I know this may not reach you, but my Free Fire account ranks got reset to bronze for no reason. I understand that I may have played with someone who used some sort of third-party application and this resulted in my account being banned.
I would like to say I'm quitting this game because everyone is using hacks, and I was top 1 with 999 in Clash Squad rank. ID: 216454****. Okay, I'm quitting. This game is full of hackers and I can't even play fair without my rank being reset because you all can't fix the hacking problem in this game, and the result is the fair players being penalized for it.
How are we supposed to know who hacks in this game? We are not the anti-cheat system. If a player hides his use of files properly, we would not be able to see he's hacking. I can't play with anyone in this game.
I spend money and play and try to have a good time, but these hackers keep getting my ranks reset or blacklisted. I can't keep playing fair and getting penalized for it. I work really hard to be #1 on the North America server for Clash Squad, and to be penalized for you guys not fixing the hacking problem is outrageous.
It was a good run. I quit.
